REEDSAFE - An Introduction

Reedsafe was established in 2002 by Kevin Reed. The aim is to offer local businesses a complete electrical appliance inspection and test service at competitive prices whilst retaining those good old fashioned values of TRUST and RELIABILITY. More commonly known as PAT testing, Reedsafe can inspect most types of electrical appliances including 110V contractors site tooling , 240V office equipment and 415V industrial machinery. Simply put, if your appliance has a plug fitted, Reedsafe can inspect and test it using our professional, annually calibrated test equipment. Reedsafe undertakes testing for a wide range of businesses and individuals - from students taking their hair dryers to university, individuals displaying at exhibitions to multi- site offices, shops, department stores, schools, hotels, pubs - you get the idea! Essentially, it does not matter if you require one item tested or several hundred items inspected, you can be assured of an outstanding level of customer care and attention to detail from Reedsafe. When you instruct Reedsafe to perform your testing, you will be dealing with the owner and operator of the business. Likewise, Kev, the owner of Reedsafe will be your engineer when the testing is performed. We NEVER sell or subcontract any jobs either. For our customers peace of mind, Reedsafe has £5,000,000 public liability insurance and holds Professional Indemnity cover too. If you instruct Reedsafe to perform your electrical appliance inspection, for your convenience we are able to take payment by card or bank transfer.
